Incredible experience shopping with Rankins Jewellers. My Dad remembered the store from many years ago and suggested getting my 40th birthday gift from them. We booked an appointment which was super easy and travelled from Kent to the show room where I was assisted by a very helpful friendly member of staff. I chose a baguette ring and it’s stunning! Beautiful memory made with my Dad and piece of jewellery to keep forever ❤️

I bought a custom made diamond ring from Rankins to replace my 11 year old wedding set. Their customer service was amazing and they helped me by answering all my questions. The ring was ready earlier than expected which was great as I had it for the day of my anniversary even though I ordered at short notice! It came out absolutely beautiful and exceeded any expectations I had. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I ordered a pair of creole earrings. They had to pre order as the size I wanted wasn't in stock. I wasn't expecting them to arrive as quick as they did. Would recommend

Only place I will buy my jewellery from. They have the most exquisite jewellery and watches. Nothing is to much trouble if they haven’t got what you want the can get it in or design and have it made for you and the customer service is second to none Jodie was amazing and a pleasure to do business with. We visited Rankins today in search of a present for my 40th birthday. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. However, Emma gave us outstanding service. She knew exactly what I wanted and her expertise in the diamonds/jewellery field shone through! I’m quite indecisive and yet she was so patient with me and talked me through the pros and cons of each item I was interested in. I came away really happy with my purchase. I’d 100% recommend Rankins.
